Delivery Options
MobiGear offers a Courier Service only.

Courier: We deliver directly to your home or office anywhere in South Africa. Once your order payment is processed, you will receive all delivery and tracking details.

Collect: For now we don’t offer collections.
Can I Order from Outside South Africa?
Unfortunately not. We operate within South Africa exclusively.
Delivery Cost and Time
We offer reliable delivery services through trusted third-party couriers. To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a daytime address. Once your order is dispatched, we will supply you with the tracking number.
Delivery Options:
• Standard Delivery (2–4 business days): Available anywhere in South Africa.
Special Requests:
To arrange Saturday delivery, please include during the checkout process. You can also email us at support@mobigear.co.za
Terms & Conditions:
• All prices are estimates based on a flat rate (including VAT) for parcels up to 5 kg in volumetric and physical weight. Delivery costs may increase for heavier parcels.
• Additional charges apply for delivery to remote areas.
• Delivery times are estimates and exclude the collection day.
• Delivery periods may be affected by strikes, severe weather, and third-party courier delays. Orders are dispatched during normal business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders received before 14:00 are sent the same day, while those received after 14:00 are sent the next business day.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Changing Delivery Address
Unfortunately, once payment is received and you have received your Payment Confirmation email, we cannot change the delivery address.
Who Can Sign for My Parcel?
Our couriers deliver door-to-door, meaning the parcel is delivered to the specified address, not a specific person. The parcel is considered delivered once left at reception, with staff, or with security.
Tracking Your Order
After placing your order, we will send you an email with tracking details. If you have any doubts, please contact us.
Out of Stock Items
Our website inventory is updated multiple times daily to show item availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to make the appropriate arrangements. For estimated restock times, please call us. If only some of the requested items are in stock, a consultant will contact you to confirm whether you prefer partial or full shipment.
The Fine Print
MobiGear strives to serve customers quickly and efficiently. While rare, delivery delays can occur due to strikes or other issues with courier companies.
